Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role located in Chennai. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments. Daily tasks include communicating with customers, providing information about our products and services, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The Telemarketer will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
• Proven Sales skills
• High level of motivation and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
