As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team and help onboard new sellers to our platform. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and well-spoken Female Telecalling Executive to help onboard new sellers, explain platform benefits, and assist customers with inquiries. You’ll be the first point of contact for seller and buyers, playing a key role in our platform's growth. Roles & Responsibilities Call potential vendors/sellers to introduce the ipshopy platform and explain registration benefits. Guide sellers through the onboarding process (product listing, pricing and profile setup). Make outbound calls to customers regarding offers, orders or feedback. Handle inbound calls and resolve basic queries related to the platform. Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/software. Coordinate with the sales, marketing and tech teams for escalations. Meet daily calling and lead conversion targets. Key Skills & Qualifications Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets and e-commerce platforms. Educational Qualification: Minimum graduation (Bachelor’s degree in any field) required. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when inputting product data. Good Communication: Ability to write clear and concise product descriptions and communicate effectively with the team. Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Previous Experience: Experience in e-commerce or product listing is a plus but not mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, customer support or sales is preferred. Fresher candidates with strong communication are welcome.
