Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential industrial and residential leads to explain solar energy benefits and offerings. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, exhibitions, referrals, and digital channels. Maintain and update lead data, calling status, and follow-up remarks in CRM/Google Sheets accurately. Schedule appointments for field sales executives and coordinate meetings. Handle basic queries related to solar products, pricing, and process flow. Achieve daily calling and monthly lead conversion targets as per defined KPIs. Provide polite, professional communication to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Share daily call reports and updates with the Sales Manager. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service, preferably in solar, real estate, insurance, or similar sectors. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-up. Energetic, goal-driven, and self-motivated personality. Preferred Experience in the solar industry or industrial B2B calling. Prior experience in using lead management systems or telecalling software.
