We’re looking for a dedicated Admission Counsellor to join our passionate team and help shape the next generation of medical professionals. 🔶 Key Responsibilities Guide prospective students through the entire admission process for MBBS and other medical programs abroad. Assess applicants’ academic backgrounds, language proficiency, and personal aspirations. Conduct one-on-one consultation sessions via phone or video calls, building relationships to support informed decisions. Manage and track applications, ensuring submission of complete documentation in timely manner. Offer test preparation advice (e.g., IELTS/TOEFL, medical entrance exams) and help with interview strategies. Keep up-to-date with admission requirements, academic calendars, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations of various universities. Assist applicants with visa guidance, financial documentation, pre-departure briefings, and post-admission support. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, admissions) to meet departmental targets. 🎯 Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, preferably in overseas education or medical admissions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; comfort conducting remote consultations. Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM/admissions tracking tools.
