Company Description

At NowFloats, our mission is to enhance the local online discovery of small and medium businesses (SMBs) using a patent pending process called 'location-based SEO.' We structure SMB information to ensure effective local search visibility for end consumers. Our product offerings include an automated search engine optimization model and a hybrid model combining organic discovery with inorganic marketing boosters like Google Adwords and Facebook ads. Additionally, we provide RIA, a Relationship Intelligence Agent, to help businesses stay connected with customers with minimal manual intervention.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products and services, answering customer queries, and updating customer information in the database. The role also involves maintaining call records, following up on customer interactions, and achieving assigned targets and goals.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
Experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing roles
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle rejection and stress management capabilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
High school diploma or equivalent; a higher qualification is an advantage
