Job Description

Job Title: Chat Support Executive & Telecaller / Assistant City Manager Location: Ballygunge Place, Kolkata Employment Type: Full-time (Work From Office) Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer / City Manager Pay Package: Rs. 15,000 to 20,000 per month + Provident Fund + ESI + Revenue Linked Incentive Key Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing customers, provide product or service information, answer queries, and address concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via call and live chat promptly and accurately Generate sales from leads & repeats coming from various sources including but not limited to social media, app, website, referrals, phone calls, WhatsApp, etc. ·Assist customers in placing orders, navigating the app, and resolving issues. Ensure that a lead is responded within 15 mins of booking and close the lead at no more than 45 mins from placing of enquiry. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, sales, and inquiries in the CRM system. Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships, track customer progress, and close sales as required. Follow up with the therapists to ensure whether the payment has been collected and in case of cash payment whether the same has been transferred to the company bank account Gather customer feedback and report insights to the team to improve product/service offerings. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets, contributing to overall sales goals. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and any initiatives. Qualifications Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, chat support and customer service is mandatory. Prior experience with sales is an advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office. Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English (Verbal & Written), Hindi (Verbal) and Bengali (Verbal) Skills & Competencies Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor. Customer Focused: Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs. Time Management: Efficient at managing time and handling multiple calls and follow-ups. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and provide solutions to customer issues. Target-Driven: Self-motivated with a desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success. Office Timing : 11:00 am to 09:00 pm (Fixed off on Wednesday)
