Are you a confident communicator with a knack for follow-ups and coordination? Join our eSurveillance team as a Telecaller and be the voice that connects clients, handles service inquiries, and ensures smooth field team coordination.
Make outbound calls to clients for updates, service confirmations, and feedback
Handle inbound queries regarding surveillance services
Coordinate with the field team for site visits, complaints, and service logs
Maintain call records and update CRM systems
Assist in report generation and escalation handling
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of telecalling or customer support experience
Good verbal communication in Hindi & English
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Experience in service or technical support roles is a bonus
