Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting product and service information clearly.
Generate leads and maintain quality communication to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Document call details and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Meet or exceed assigned call and conversion targets, ensuring consistent performance.
Provide superior customer service by answering queries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to optimize communication processes and share customer feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing, exemplary verbal communication, and active listening skills.
Must-Have: Proficiency in using CRM and call management systems along with basic computer skills.
Must-Have: Ability to follow scripts and adapt communication style to meet customer needs effectively.
Preferred: Prior experience in a target-driven environment with a solid track record of achieving sales targets.
