Job Description

You have worked on the PACS Computerization Project, which involved supplying hardware to 4519 societies. You were responsible for registering hardware-related complaints and escalating them to the respective OEMs via email. Your role required knowledge of hardware systems, printers, and technical support. You followed up with OEMs to track resolution status and updates. Additionally, you maintained regular communication with customers to gather feedback and ensure timely issue closure. In this role, you were also responsible for searching tenders related to hardware, manpower supply, and AMC services. You maintained proper records in Excel and the data system while handling calls and emails. This is a full-time position with day shift working hours from Monday to Friday. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role, and the work location is in person.,
