This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have a keen interest in solving technical problems and supporting customers. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance, ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support via chat, email, or phone to resolve customer queries.
• Guide users step-by-step to resolve technical problems.
• Record, track, and document issues using the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses.
• Learn and keep up-to-date with product knowledge and support protocols.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (pursuing/completed).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• A customer-first attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask efficiently.
• Prior experience in customer service or IT support (preferred but not mandatory).
