Skillsets Required

1 years in a technical support, solutions engineering, or similar role in a customer facing organization.
Hands-on experience with networking & cloud platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and design tailored solutions leveraging our cloud-based products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during product implementation, integration, and operation.
Provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) presentations.
Work closely with the teams to provide feedback on product functionality, features, and potential improvements based on client interactions.
