Technical Service Engineer

Job Title: Technical Services Executive – Civil Engineering Department: Technical Services Reporting To: Regional Technical Services Manager (RTSM) Experience Required: 2–10 Years (Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience) Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Purpose of the Position: This position is responsible for delivering technical support and services to end-users while driving product promotion and demand generation in the assigned territory. A key aspect of the role includes knowledge sharing and engagement with key influencers such as contractors and engineers to boost brand recommendation and ensure effective implementation of influencer programs. Key Responsibilities Provide on-ground technical support and service to customers across designated districts. Conduct on-site testing and market sampling to monitor product performance and quality. Build and manage strong relationships with key influencers including contractors, masons, and individual home builders (IHBs). Collect and relay customer feedback on price, service levels, and quality to the RTSM. Support the execution of technical activations and product demonstrations in coordination with the Sales team. Provide regular updates and reports to the Regional Technical Service Manager. Promote company offerings through knowledge-sharing sessions with engineers, architects, and key accounts.
