Technical Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically sound and result-driven Technical Sales Executive who will be responsible for promoting and selling our chemical products to both existing and prospective clients. This role demands strong technical acumen (water chemicals and its usage) , customer relationship skills, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities in industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in assigned territories/industries.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable chemical solutions from our product portfolio.
• Conduct technical presentations, product trials, and application support as needed.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and cold outreach.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with R&D and production teams to address customer-specific technical requirements.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide strategic input.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and reports using CRM tools.
• Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events on behalf of the company.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of industrial/specialty chemicals and their applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively across regions for client meetings and market development.
• Prior experience in B2B technical sales is highly desirable.
