Key Responsibilities:

Devise and implement effective IT recruitment strategies to source potential candidates in the IT sector

Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and ensure optimal staffing solutions

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for IT-specific roles

Stay updated with global IT trends and utilize relevant job boards and platforms for effective talent acquisition

Create and manage job descriptions and proactively engage with potential candidates through social media and other professional networks

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR, IT, or related fields

A strong understanding of technical requirements and the IT recruitment process

Proficiency in English with the ability to connect with and attract top IT talent
