Job Description

  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
  • Experience with contract staffing is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactively source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking events.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and resume reviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Provide regular updates to candidates and hiring managers on the status of the recruitment process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
