Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in Hitech City Hyderabad. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining a network of potential candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.

📄 Employment Type: 6-month contract (extendable based on performance)

💰 CTC: ₹3–4 LPA

🕙 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10 AM – 7 PM

* 2–4 years of core IT recruitment experience

* Excellent sourcing and screening abilities

* Strong communication skills in English

* Good interpersonal and coordination skills

* Excellent understanding of technology hiring

* Highly organized and detail-oriented

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for tech roles

* Source and screen suitable candidates from multiple platforms Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

* Assist in scheduling and managing online assessment tests

* Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
