We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our organization. You will play a key role in writing and posting technical job descriptions, identifying potential candidates on niche platforms, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and post detailed and technical job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Source potential candidates using various platforms, including niche job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Keep yourself updated with the latest technological trends and products to understand and assess candidates technical expertise.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
• Maintain regular follow-up with both candidates and hiring managers post-selection to ensure the best hiring experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, Contract staffing exp
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
