We are Hiring | Technical Recruiter | Pune | 3–5 Years Experience | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/Tech roles (developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, etc.)
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and other tech platforms
Screen for technical and cultural fit
Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
Drive offer negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain ATS and recruitment reports

Requirements

Proven experience in technical hiring (minimum 3 years)
Strong understanding of technologies like Java, Python, Full Stack, AWS, etc.
Excellent sourcing and screening skills
Immediate or short notice period preferred
Good communication and stakeholder management
