Technical Product Support Specialist

Responsibilities

This is a remote Internship (stipend/month) for a Technical Product Support Specialist (opportunity for a permanent role can be offered basis the work performance during the period of internship).

The Technical Product Support Specialist will be responsible for providing product, customer, and technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Daily tasks include operations & administration tasks, being in regular touch with the customer and responding to their inquiries, analyzing their technical problems, and collaborating with the product team to improve the user experience.

Qualifications

• Product Support, Customer Support & Success, Administration, Technical Support skills
• Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Relevant experience in healthcare technology is a plus
• Proficiency in documentation
• Comfortable with regional languages along with English and Hindi
• B.E. or B.Tech. graduates (2024, 2025 batches) (along with this, who have completed additional courses, that would be a plus)
