Role Description This is a remote Internship for a Technical Product Support Specialist. The Technical Product Support Specialist will be responsible for providing product, customer, and technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Daily tasks include operations & administration tasks, being in regular touch with the customer and responding to their inquiries, analyzing technical problems, and collaborating with the product team to improve the user experience. Qualifications Product Support, Customer Support & Success, Administration and Technical Support skills Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Relevant experience in healthcare technology is a plus Proficiency in documentation Comfortable with regional languages along with English and Hindi B.E. or B.Tech. graduates (2024, 2025 batches) (along with this, who have completed additional courses, that would be a plus) Available to join immediately Show more Show less

The intern will be responsible for providing product, customer, and technical support. Key tasks include regular contact with customer, responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, recording & analyzing feedback data to improve product quality, and handling the product operations & administration tasks. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for enhancing user experience. Also, should have an aptitude to take on different tasks, readiness to take ownership & wear multiple hats as need arises. Qualifications Product Support, Customer Success, Customer Support skills Troubleshooting and Analytical skills Proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation Effective communication and interpersonal skills Relevant experience in healthcare technology is a plus Have completed B.E. or B.Tech., with 1 to 2 years of overall experience. Comfortable with regional languages along with English and Hindi Available to join immediately Ability to work independently and remotely Previous experience in customer success role is a plus Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
