Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer / Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Laravel and Vue.js 3, and be comfortable working across both backend and frontend (UI) development. You will lead and mentor junior developers, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js 3.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster team growth.
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Work on both backend APIs and frontend UI components.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Utilize AWS services for application hosting, deployment, and scaling.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional experience in PHP development.
- Strong expertise in the Laravel framework.
- Solid experience with Vue.js 3 and modern JavaScript.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and responsive UI development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
