The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in product setup, backoffice configuration, workflow management, and user administration, with a deep understanding of modern platforms such as CBOS, ARX, CIM, PSH, CS, BO, Workflow Engine, and GraphQL (Hasura). You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery, configuration, and integration of these platforms to meet business objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role in a product-driven environment. In-depth knowledge of product setup, backoffice setup, workflow setup, user management, single sign-on (SSO), and notification systems. Strong understanding of headless architecture platforms such as CBOS, ARX, CIM, PSH, CS, BO, or similar systems used in modern product companies. Hands-on experience with Workflow Engine and GraphQL (Hasura) for building and managing APIs. Familiarity with integrating and managing complex systems in a scalable, modular architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills to liaise with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Intellect platforms (CBOS, ARX, CIM, PSH, CS, BO) or similar enterprise-grade platforms. Knowledge of modern API-driven architectures and microservices.
