Technical Content Intern

Are you a tech-savvy communicator with a flair for creating impactful content? We’re looking for a dynamic intern to join our team and take charge of building and maintaining our Customer Knowledge Base ! Responsibilities Create, organize, and update customer-facing content that simplifies complex information Own and manage our Knowledge Base using tools like Confluence Design clean, engaging visuals using Canva Record and edit training/demo videos for customer onboarding and support Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure up-to-date, accurate information Qualifications MBA or equivalent (preferred), with a keen interest in tech & product communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you’re a natural storyteller Hands-on experience or willingness to learn tools like Confluence, Canva , and video screen recording software Strong attention to detail and ability to break down complex topics clearly and simply Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks Why Join Us?
