Technical Consultant

You will be joining a leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company, recognized as one of Glassdoor's Best Places to Work. As a Blue Yonder Sr Technical Architect in the Professional Services team, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the services delivery of product implementation and related integrations. You will work closely with a team of 80+ associates in India, with the team expected to grow rapidly. Your role will involve architecting, designing, and leading the technical team on various projects, collaborating with counterparts, customers, and Architects. In this role, you will lead a team of technical consultants and developers on solution implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, and custom projects, either at customer sites or offshore. Your tasks will include estimating workload, conducting technical analysis sessions, designing and developing platform workflow, providing technical support to the project team, and handling activities with a diverse scope. Additionally, you will provide internal and external trainings, contribute to internal development projects, and identify revenue opportunities within existing customer projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 8 to 14 years of experience in the Software industry, preferably starting as a consultant and progressing to leading technical teams on multiple implementation cycles. Strong technical proficiency in programming, problem-solving, performance tuning, PL/SQL, database, ETL, platform, Perl scripting, and enterprise solutions deployment is required. You should have expertise in Blue Yonder SCPO Platform, cloud technologies, architectural design, web technologies, and API fundamentals. Hands-on development skills are essential, along with a passion for learning new technologies and products. Your role will involve continuous learning and upskilling on Blue Yonder's product suite, traveling to customer sites as needed, and working with overlapping time zones. You will be expected to create artifacts for reusability and automation, contributing to decreasing implementation lifecycles and reducing errors post go-live.
