Job Description

*Job Summary: We are looking for a versatile and tech-savvy *Tech & Digital Content Executive* who can manage our coaching institute's digital presence across platforms. This role includes handling the YouTube channel, website updates, social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), video editing, uploading, and basic app management. The ideal candidate should be creative, technically sound, and organized. *Key Responsibilities:* *YouTube Channel Management:* * Edit, upload, and optimize videos (lectures, promotional content, testimonials). * Create and manage video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists. * Monitor video performance and analytics via YouTube Studio. * Schedule regular uploads and community posts. *Website Management:* * Update course information, announcements, and landing pages. * Handle CMS (WordPress/Wix/Custom Admin Panel) for content uploads. * Coordinate with developers for technical changes if required. * Maintain SEO-friendly updates (keywords, meta tags, etc.). *Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.): * Create and publish engaging content: posts, reels, stories, banners. * Design creatives using tools like *Canva* or *Photoshop*. * Plan content calendar based on academic campaigns and events. * Respond to messages, DMs, and comments across platforms. * Track performance metrics and improve engagement. *Video Editing & Uploading: * Edit raw video footage into polished content using tools like *Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, CapCut*, etc. * Add intros, subtitles, animations, transitions, and branding. * Compress and format videos for YouTube, app, and social platforms. * Archive and organize video assets. *App Management: * Upload/update course content, videos, and resources in the institute’s learning app (e.g., Classplus, Teachmint, or a custom app). * Coordinate with app developers or support teams for technical issues. * Monitor student access, content delivery, and push notifications. * Maintain content folders, update batch-wise materials. --- *Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in video editing, digital content handling, or tech operations. * Proficiency in: * *Video Editing Tools:* Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, CapCut, or similar * *Design Tools:* Canva, Photoshop * *Platforms:* YouTube Studio, Facebook/Instagram, WordPress * *Learning Management Systems / Education Apps:* (preferred) * Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and social media trends.
