Team Member

Job Summary: As a Senior Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily restaurant operations, and mentoring junior staff. You will be responsible for managing order flow, ensuring smooth billing and sales closure, and maintaining a high standard of service and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: * Interact with customers professionally to take orders, handle inquiries, and collect feedback. * Accurately input customer orders and generate KOTs to coordinate with kitchen staff. * Perform billing and manage cash/card payments with a high level of accuracy. * Close day-end sales by reconciling transactions and preparing shift-wise sales reports. * Guide and support junior team members to maintain workflow and service standards. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and QSR operational protocols. * Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. * Assist in inventory checks and report shortages to the manager. * Participate in team briefings and suggest improvements in service quality. Requirements: * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a QSR, café, or hospitality environment. * Good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude. * Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing systems. * Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and fast-paced environments. * Team player with leadership qualities and a problem-solving mindset.
