Job Title: Team Leader – Sales

Location: Kamalgazi, Kolkata
Industry: Automobile (Maruti Suzuki Dealership)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience and skills)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader – Sales to join our Maruti Suzuki showroom in Kamalgazi. The ideal candidate must have an automobile background with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Supervise daily sales operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Train, motivate, and monitor performance of sales executives.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the CRM and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and documentation process.
• Maintain daily MIS and report sales activities to the Sales Manager.
• Conduct regular team meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in automobile sales (preferably with Maruti or other leading brands).
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of showroom operations and customer handling.
• Only candidates from automobile background will be considered.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (automobile or business background preferred).
• Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
