Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION –TEAM LEADER OPPERATIONS

This is a full time role based in Parul University. The post holder will help to supervise the student counselling, provide support and assistance to a team of admission counsellors. The post holder may be required to work weekends or extra hours as per operational requirement. The Admissions Team Leader will assist in managing and providing a fast, efficient and welcoming behavior for all the counsellors, internal, proactively pursuing counsellors for converting leads to admissions.

As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring, scheduling, overseeing lead catering load for all the BDE’s
• Leading the in-house team of the BDE’s and responsible for getting targets achieved & measuring performance of the team
• Overall functioning of the team and central contact centre for domestic operations
• Work under this role will not be limited to regular office hours and working days
• Any other tasks & responsibilities assigned by Management
• Your duties under this role might not be limited to this you may have to cater to additional responsibilities depending on the operational requirements if any

Person Specification:

• Experience of working in a supervisory role.
• Experience of CRM systems/customer databases.
• Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload, to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
• A high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills and service delivery.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Competent user of Microsoft office package.
• A team player who will provide support as required to other areas within the team.

Educational Qualification: Graduate or more.

Salary offered: As per company norms.

Applicants with relevant work experience in admission counselling domain would be given priority

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
