Team Leader

In the Sales & Operations Planning aspect of the role, you will lead and facilitate the monthly S&OP process for the business. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams, facilitating business review meetings, preparing supply projections, and driving continuous improvement of planning processes will be essential. You will work closely with the Global Centre of Excellence to implement best practices and standardised processes for S&OP across regions. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in leading S&OP functions, you should be proficient in digital planning tools and have prior line management experience. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to resolve conflicts, foster teamwork, and challenge the status quo. Your commitment to continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative team culture, and coaching and mentoring team members will be critical for success in this role. Experience with recruiting and onboarding teams would be desirable as you support the growing team in Pune.
