About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead for our Real Estate Sales division, specializing in the Noida market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, in-depth market knowledge, and strong leadership skills to drive performance and team growth.

Key Responsibilities

:Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales executives.Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.Conduct market research and stay updated on current and upcoming projects in Noida.Generate and convert leads through various offline and online channels.Support the team in client meetings, site visits, and closures.Train new joiners and ensure consistent performance across the team.Maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Noida/Ghaziabad/Greater Noida.Proven track record of closures and sales achievements.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Must be a team player with leadership ability.Own vehicle (mandatory) for client meetings and site visits.Self-motivated and target-driven.
