Team Lead PPC

At Nethority, we are seeking a PPC Team Lead - Digital Marketing to join our team in Nashik, Maharashtra. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for providing brands with a comprehensive suite of services, including proprietary AdTech backed PPC, creative production, and digital marketing expertise. Our focus is on helping clients grow into world leaders by combining a unique approach to PPC with brand development, funnel optimization, and ad creative. As a dedicated PPC Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in taking ownership of our paid campaigns. Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns across various digital marketing channels such as SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Utilize data-driven strategies to identify target audiences, create compelling content, and optimize campaigns to maximize lead generation results. In addition, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization to ensure maximum ROI and meet performance targets. You will also monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders. Collaboration is key in our team, and you will work closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, and creative to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals. Providing guidance and support to junior team members and actively participating in brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions. We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of PPC experience, agency or similar experience preferred. Prior leadership or management experience will be an advantage. Holding Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Facebook Blueprint Certifications is a must. An understanding of techniques to improve paid campaigns, drive ROI, think creatively, and resolve problems is essential.
