TC Executive

Job Summary:

The TC executive is responsible for managing and submitting Transaction Certificates (TCs) in the Control union portal under OCS / GRS.

This role to apply a TC and ensure that all required documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with certification standards to maintain the traceability and integrity of our garment shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit Transaction Certificate (TC) applications to the relevant certification bodies (e.g., Control Union).
• Gather and verify required documents including invoices, packing lists, and shipping details.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, logistics) to obtain accurate data for TC application.
• Maintain accurate records of all TCs applied, issued, and pending.
• Communicate with certifying agencies to track the progress of applications and resolve any issues or queries.
• Ensure compliance with organic certification requirements and timelines.
• Assist in audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to TCs.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in certification protocols (GOTS, OCS, etc.).

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in documentation, preferably in textiles or apparel units.
• Knowledge of GOTS, OCS, or other organic certification schemes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and document handling.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
