Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tally Trainer located in Chhapra. The Tally Trainer will be responsible for delivering training on Tally software, developing training materials, conducting practical sessions, assessing students’ progress, and providing guidance to help them achieve proficiency. Additionally, the Tally Trainer will be required to stay updated with the latest Tally features and updates, and effectively communicate concepts to students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally software and experience in using it for various accounting tasks
• Strong training and instructional skills along with the ability to create training materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
• Relevant certification or diploma in accounting, finance, or related field
• Experience in vocational training or educational sector is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage classroom activities effectively
• Passion for teaching and helping others achieve their learning goals
