Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruiting:

Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and

networking events.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs, with a particular focus on US-

based roles.

Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a strong match

with company requirements and culture.

Candidate Engagement & Management:

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and offering timely

feedback.

Job Postings & Advertising:

Write and post detailed job descriptions to various job boards, company website, and social media

platforms.

Utilize SEO strategies to maximize job ad visibility and attract a diverse range of candidates.

Interviewing & Assessment:

Coordinate and conduct phone screenings, video interviews, and in-person interviews.

Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidates' suitability for

specific roles.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

- 2 - 4 years of experience in recruitment, specifically with US staffing, either in-house or at a

recruitment agency.

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter,

job boards, etc.).

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

The shift timings would be 3.00 pm IST - 12.00 AM IST.
