Experience : 9 years -13 years

• 9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with hands-on expertise in direct sourcing and Team management.
• Lead and mentor a team ,ensuring proactive sourcing and timely delivery of quality profiles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools – LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.
• Build and maintain pipelines for niche, high-demand, and hard-to-fill roles through referral networks and passive sourcing.
• Collaborate closely with TA Partners to forecast needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Monitor team productivity and maintain sourcing trackers, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Ensure process compliance, data quality, and high visibility of the referral program across business units.
• Familiarity with hiring for niche technology stacks or high-volume roles.
• Understanding of sourcing metrics and recruitment analytics.
