Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales || 10 years || Noida

Location: Noida
Work Mode: In-office
Job Type: Full-time, individual contributor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sales-Focused Recruitment Strategies:

Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent, leveraging industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.

  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership:

Work closely with sales leaders to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and identify key performance indicators for sales roles.

  • Source and Select Top Sales Talent:

Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and attract high-caliber sales candidates.

  • Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback and communication.

  • Metrics and Analysis:

Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to optimize sales recruitment processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Sales Recruitment Experience:

This is an individual contributor role. The candidate should have a minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sales roles or industries.

  • Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of sales trends, market conditions, and industry developments.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Data Analysis:

Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales Industry Experience:

Experience working in sales or a related field, providing insight into sales roles and requirements.

  • ATS Experience:

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

  • Certifications:

Relevant certifications, such as SHRM or AIRS, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
