Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, and site/project-based roles.
  • Partner with department heads and project managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and final selection processes.
  • Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment-related MIS, dashboards, and hiring trackers for reporting to senior management.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Monitor and adhere to defined TAT (Turnaround Time) and quality of hire metrics.
  • Conduct market mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations during hiring.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

    in Talent Acquisition, preferably in

    EPC / Infrastructure / Construction / Power / Oil & Gas

    sectors.
  • Proven expertise in hiring for

    technical

    ,

    engineering

    , and

    site-based roles

    (both white- and blue-collar).
  • Experience in

    bulk hiring

    ,

    campus hiring

    , or

    project mobilization recruitment

    is highly desirable.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using

    job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)

    and professional networks.
  • Familiarity with

    ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

    and recruitment MIS tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions under tight timelines with quality outcomes.
  • Educational Qualification:

    MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
