About the Role


Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialists


What You’ll Do


  • Post job ads on platforms like LinkedIn and Internshala
  • Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews
  • Assess culture fit and support final hiring decisions
  • Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
  • Maintain employee records and internal databases
  • Use LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to find candidates


What We’re Looking For


  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using tools like

    Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Email, and Zoom

  • Prior experience in

    HR or recruitment

    is a plus
  • Passion for helping people and building strong teams
  • Located in

    India or a similar time zone
