Talent Acquisition Executive (Immediate Joiner)

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter to help us scale our solar team quickly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for hiring Sales Executives, Site Engineers, Office Executives, and more — playing a crucial role in shaping our company’s future.

• Manage end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer rollouts
• Hire for roles including sales, technical (EPC), back office, and marketing
• Post jobs on platforms like Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Internshala, WhatsApp/Telegram groups
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Collaborate directly with the founder and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities
• Track and report hiring performance metrics

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Startup or agency background preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing strategies
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Forms, and basic CRM tools
