About the Position

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various verticals of CSRBOX including social impact, skilling, technology, and project teams. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates who are passionate about driving social change.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from JD creation to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and campus outreach.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across departments.

Screening & Evaluation

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate interview records and feedback documentation.

Talent Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring.
• Engage with prospective talent through periodic follow-ups and relationship building.

Onboarding Coordination

• Support documentation and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
• Ensure smooth handover to HR operations for joining and induction.

Employer Branding Support

• Assist in developing and posting job ads, social media content, and career page updates.
• Help organize hiring drives, career fairs, and employer branding events.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and use of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines.
• Prior experience in the development sector hiring is a plus.
