Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Analyst. The Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for managing and implementing recruitment strategies, analyzing hiring metrics, and utilizing HR Information Systems (HRIS) for tracking and reporting. The role includes administering employee benefits and supporting overall HR management activities to ensure efficient hiring processes.

• Proficient in Power BI
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
