To ensure the smooth operation, security, and reliability of all computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure across Kairali Toyota dealerships and offices. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery systems are in place. Manage user accounts, permissions, email configuration, and access controls. Provide technical support and guidance to staff, resolving IT-related queries promptly. Ensure the security of systems by implementing antivirus, firewalls, and data encryption protocols. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware/software procurement, AMC, and support. Monitor and manage internet connectivity, LAN/WAN infrastructure, CCTV, and biometric systems. Maintain IT documentation including asset register, network diagrams, and license records. Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and data protection standards. Support digital tools and platforms related to Toyota DMS/CRM systems.
