Role Overview As a second in command to the CHRO you will be required to serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for shaping and executing the human capital strategy aligned with business objectives. This is a leadership role with a rapidly expanding organization and requires deep expertise in the C&B space over and above a holistic experience and exposure in other domains of HR Key Responsibilities Strategically leverage C&B to manage talent retention and engagement by Designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation and benefits strategies Leading the end-to-end compensation cycle, including budgeting, provisioning, increment and bonus planning for all business verticals Ensure Compliance & Governance by Ensuring adherence to compliance standards Handling all regulatory reporting including NRC presentations etc. Talent acquisition and strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, succession planning, and overall effectiveness. Lead the annual performance appraisal cycles Build a high-performance, people-first culture by driving initiatives around feedback, inclusivity, and continuous development. Collaborate closely with business leaders and the executive team to help build organizational capabilities to achieve high growth Qualifications & Experience Education : MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution.
