Relevant experience
8+ years of supplier management experience in a production/warranty program for embedded system/products
Responsibilities:
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Ensure that all suppliers have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively
Monitor the suppliers progress in accordance to the Stellantis Milestones
Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders ()
Organize and participate in supplier meetings
Ensure compliance with Stellantis specifications and requirements
Create a detailed component development plan and other project documents
Provide solutions to project-related issues
Set milestones and deadlines
Detect, report, and fix issues whenever necessary
Identify, prevent, and manage risks
Track project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques (Scorecards)
Perform any other relevant, project-related duties when needed
Responsible to meet quality targets
Critical Skills:
Project/Program Management
Good internal and external communication, Speaking and Writing
Good understanding/experience with product launching (DV/PV/Launch phases)
