We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled QA/QC Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance and control processes for our projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of industry standards, quality procedures, and inspection techniques, with proven experience in handling MS & SS materials and coordination with third-party inspections such as IBR, TPL, and ASME. Key Responsibilities: In-depth knowledge and handling of MS (Mild Steel) and SS (Stainless Steel) materials. Conduct and manage stage-wise process inspections throughout the fabrication and manufacturing stages. Coordinate and assist with third-party inspections including IBR, TPL, ASME , etc. Strong understanding of blasting and painting processes , with ability to monitor and evaluate coating quality. Responsible for final inspection and quality release of finished jobs before dispatch. Hold NDT Level II certification in RT (Radiographic Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing), PT (Penetrant Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), and VT (Visual Testing). Excellent working knowledge of ISO standards, ASME codes, HSE procedures , and all related documentation. Preparation and approval of QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) as per specific project requirements. Compilation and submission of QA/QC dossier and final documentation as per client requirement. Sound knowledge and interpretation of various international and national standards including IS, ASME, BSEN , and other relevant codes.
