Studio Lead

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the end-to-end design process across multiple architecture and interior projects
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level team members, fostering a collaborative studio culture
• Review and refine concept presentations, technical drawings, and site coordination documents
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment and excellence
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a high degree of accountability

Who You Are:

• 3–10 years of professional experience in architecture/interiors, with strong project leadership background
• A portfolio that demonstrates both creative excellence and technical execution
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; Revit knowledge is a plus
• Exceptional communicator, both visually and verbally
• Based in Delhi or willing to relocate
