Role Description

The Strategic Partnerships Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships, driving business development activities, and executing sales strategies. This role includes creating and implementing go-to-market strategies and analyzing market trends and partnership opportunities.

Your charter will be to develop & manage partners in target verticals for new-generation IoT platform focused on energy optimization & powered asset health monitoring.

• Malls
• Distributed offices

Total work experience 8-10 years

Past experience in Parner management is key.

In relevant domain of HVAC contracting/consulting, IOT and Building Management Systems

Qualifications

• Skills of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development
• Analytical Skills to identify new partners and evaluate their effectiveness
• Experience in Sales and developing Go-to-Market Strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the IoT, energy optimization and/or Building Management Systems is a MUST
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
