Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper to manage and oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials for a Central Government building construction project. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in store management for civil construction projects and should be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Inspect materials received at site for quality and quantity as per purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain the store layout for efficient storage and easy retrieval.
• Issue materials to site engineers/workmen as per requirements and maintain proper issuance records.
• Prepare daily stock statements, material reconciliation reports, and inventory registers.
• Coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement of materials.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
• Comply with company and government project guidelines for material management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as Store Keeper in building construction projects (Government project experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
• Good knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, consumables, etc.).
• Familiarity with stock management and inventory control systems.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, stock management software, etc.).
• Willingness to work at site location.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
