Swaad Cartel is a vibrant and growing food court setup offering a wide range of street-style snacks including chaat, pani puri, fried frozen foods, bajjis, and soon launching our own biryani line. We're looking for a proactive and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food stall operations and staff
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across the store
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for restocking
• Support in setting up and launching new menu items like biryani
• Report daily sales and performance updates to the owner

Requirements:

• Prior experience in food retail/hospitality supervision
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced street food environment
