Store Supervisor

The Stores Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory and materials required for the efficient operation of the Ready-Mix Concrete plant. This role involves handling receipts, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring proper documentation, stock accuracy, and maintaining minimum stock levels to avoid plant downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels of raw materials (cement, admixtures, spare parts, etc.).
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with ERP records.
• Material Handling:
• Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality.
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of all items.
• Safely issue materials as per requirement and keep proper records.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain all store records including GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, and Return Slips.
• Coordinate with procurement and accounts departments for invoice processing.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and procurement teams.
• Liaise with vendors for material delivery and discrepancies.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure storage practices are in compliance with safety and environmental norms.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
